The article titled “Investigation of Phenolic Composition and Antioxidant Capacities in Selected Turkish Indigenous Wheat Varieties” by Ayşegül Bilge Uğuz, one of the graduates of FoodOmics Laboratory, Dr. Muhammad Usman Akram, one of the former collaboration students, Prof. Dr. Ümran Uygun, one of the lecturers of our department, agricultural engineer Dr. Ayten Salantur and our advisor Prof. Dr. Remziye Yılmaz has been published in the new issue of Food Science & Nutrition Technology.
