  • Our advisor Prof. Dr. Remziye Yılmaz's book “General Microbiology Laboratory Practices” was published (September 2024).

  • İpek Ceren Yeşildağ, a member of FoodOmics Laboratory Group, successfully completed her master's study titled “Alternative Protein Production from Fruit Juice Industry Waste” (June 2024). 

  • Begüm Zeynep Hançerlioğulları, member of FoodOmics Laboratory Group has completed successfully her PhD study entitled "Characterization of Microwave-treated MIR604 and MON810 Maize Flours with Omics Approach" (January 2024).  

  • Bilge Yılmaz, member of FoodOmics Laboratory Group has completed successfully her MSc study entitled "Detection and Identification of CRISPR-CAS Type II System of Streptococcus salivarus subsp. thermophilus" (January 2024).
